When does billing start?
When your first WhatsApp number is connected and working — not when you sign up. You can create your account and look around first.
Do I pay for each agent?
No. The ₹999 monthly fee is per connected WhatsApp number. Add as many teammates to that number as you need at no extra cost.
How do message charges work?
You top up a prepaid wallet by UPI, card or net banking. Each chargeable message is deducted at the rate for its category, and campaigns check the balance before they start.
What is the minimum wallet top-up?
₹100, with quick top-ups of ₹500 to ₹5,000. You can also set up bank auto-debit for the monthly fee, so your account never lapses on a busy day.
Can I connect more than one number?
Yes. Each additional number is ₹999 a month, and your team switches between numbers in the same inbox.
What happens if I don't renew?
Broadcasts and template messages pause when the monthly fee is due and unpaid. If it stays unpaid for seven more days, the account is locked until you pay — your data stays safe in the meantime.
