Terms of Service

1. The service

wbm.link is a software platform that connects your business to the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. It includes a shared team inbox, broadcasts, message templates, chatbots, an AI assistant, short links and related tools. WhatsApp itself is provided by Meta, and your use of it is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you add.
• Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and applicable law. In particular, you will:

• Message only people who have opted in to receive messages from your business, and honour opt-outs promptly.
• Not send spam, misleading content, or content that is illegal, harmful, hateful or infringes others’ rights.
• Not offer products or services that Meta’s policies or Indian law prohibit.
• Not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Meta may limit, restrict or disable a WhatsApp number on its own assessment of quality or policy. We cannot override those decisions, and we may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

4. Fees and payment

• Monthly fee. The fee is ₹999 per connected WhatsApp number per month, unless agreed otherwise in writing. It begins when your first number is successfully connected.
• Message charges. Chargeable messages are paid from a prepaid wallet at the rates shown on our pricing page or in your panel, by message category and recipient country. Rates follow Meta’s pricing, which Meta revises from time to time.
• Unpaid fees. If the monthly fee is due and unpaid, template messages and campaigns are paused. If it remains unpaid for seven further days, access to the account is locked, except billing, until payment is made.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required.

5. Your data

You own the content and contact data you bring to or create in wbm.link. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI features

AI-generated replies are produced automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for the instructions and knowledge you give an assistant and for reviewing how it answers your customers. Assistants hand conversations to your team when a customer asks for a person.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep wbm.link available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on Meta’s platform and other providers, whose outages are outside our control. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you have paid for.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using wbm.link and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or fail to pay. On closure you may export your contacts first; we then handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
