How much does the WhatsApp Business API cost per message in India?
Meta charges per delivered template message, by category. Its India rate card (checked 11 September 2026) lists ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.115 for utility and authentication messages. Providers then add their platform fee, and some add a markup on each message.
Is GST included in WhatsApp API pricing?
Rates are usually quoted without GST. This calculator adds 18% GST on the platform fee and message charges so the total is what actually leaves your account.
Are replies to customers free?
Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes to you have been free. Meta has announced it will start charging for these service messages from 1 October 2026; Meta's partners report a free allowance of 1,000 service messages per number each month.
Does wbm.link charge per agent?

How can I lower my WhatsApp API bill?
