Every WhatsApp Business API provider in India sends messages through the same Meta platform. What differs is everything around it: what the panel costs, how many teammates it includes, whether the chatbot is extra, how many numbers you can connect, and what you pay per message. This comparison uses each provider's public pricing page as of September 2026.

What actually drives the monthly bill
- Team size. Per-agent pricing is the biggest difference between providers. A six-person team can double the cost of a plan that includes five.
- Message price. Every provider passes on Meta's per-message charge, often with a markup. On a busy broadcast month this can matter more than the plan price. See our WhatsApp API pricing guide.
- Add-ons. Chatbots, AI replies and extra numbers are included on some platforms and sold separately on others.
- Annual discounts. Most providers are cheaper on quarterly or yearly billing, in exchange for paying upfront.
Which one fits which business
wbm.link
Best for growing teams that want everything in one flat price: unlimited agents, the flow builder and an AI assistant that understands Hindi and Hinglish are included, extra numbers cost the same ₹999, and short links rotate leads across salespeople. The trade-off: there is no developer API or outgoing webhooks yet, so it is not the choice if you need to wire WhatsApp deeply into your own software today.
WATI
A mature product with a large feature set, integrations and a developer API. It suits businesses with a small, fixed team — cost rises with each extra user and number, and advanced chatbots start on the Pro plan.
Interakt
Unlimited agents on every plan and a developer API make Interakt a good fit for e-commerce teams that integrate with their store. Branching chatbot flows need the Advanced plan, and its per-message prices on public plans sit above Meta's.
AiSensy
The lowest entry price and a free plan make AiSensy easy to try. Chatbot flows, AI replies and agents beyond five are paid add-ons, so the real price depends on how many of those you need.
