When to send it

  • The day a new product or collection goes live
  • To a label of customers who bought a related product
  • When a long-requested size, flavour or colour arrives
  • A few days after launch, once, to customers who have not seen it yet

Tips for approval and replies

  • Send launches to customers who opted in to offers and news, and target a label such as “Bought skincare” rather than your whole list.
  • Name the product and one concrete detail — price, material, size — instead of vague excitement.
  • If you import customers from a CSV, a custom field such as the last product bought can fill a variable, so the message says why it is relevant to them.
  • Link to the product page with a URL button on your own website, not a shortened link.

Yes. Announcing a new product is promotional, so it is a marketing template and should go only to customers who agreed to receive offers and news.

How often can I announce new products?

There is no fixed number, but every unwanted message risks a block or report, and those lower your number’s quality rating. Fewer, more relevant launches sent to the right label usually do better.
