Can builders send project launch messages on WhatsApp?

Yes, as marketing templates to leads who agreed to receive them — on your enquiry form, in a chat or at a site visit. Bought or scraped number lists are not opted in.

Should the RERA number be in the message?

For a registered project it is sensible to include it: RERA requires the registration number on a project’s advertisements. Check your state authority’s rules for the exact format.
