When to send it

  • The day before the appointment, in the afternoon or early evening
  • On the morning of an appointment booked more than a week ago
  • A few hours before long services such as bridal make-up or keratin
  • For clients who have missed an appointment before

Tips for approval and replies

  • Confirm and Reschedule quick replies are easier for clients than “reply 1 or 2”, because nobody has to type.
  • Name the service and the time, so the client knows exactly which booking you mean.
  • Don’t slip in “add a head massage for ₹299”. An add-on suggestion makes the reminder a marketing template.
