When to send it

  • Two or three days before an exam, with the centre and what to carry
  • The evening before, with the reporting time
  • Before an online mock test, with the login window

Tips for approval and replies

  • Put the exam, date, time and place in the body, so the purpose is clear even without the variables.
  • Leave out promotion of test series, crash courses or next year’s batch — a mixed message is marketing.
  • Keep the list of what to carry short — admit card, ID, pens — and link to the full exam rules on your website if needed.
  • Import each batch’s exam roster as a CSV with the subject, date and centre as custom fields, and broadcast to that label from wbm.link.
